MotorCrush Pitches In to Help the Chip Miller Amyloidosis Foundation
At MotorCrush, we believe in keeping the pedal down on life. The spirit of Andy Lally ALIVE, the company behind MotorCrush, is about living life to the fullest. And with that in mind, we were thrilled to sponsor a great event this past weekend to support the Chip Miller Amyloidosis Foundation.
One of Chip’s favorite sayings was “life is good” – and we celebrated that spirit with a private track day at New Jersey Motorsports Park.
It was a beautiful fall day with plenty of horsepower roaring around the track. Cars on hand included a Lamborghini Superleggera, a limited Mustang GT350-R and so many Corvettes we couldn’t even count them. The MotorCrush GT3 was the pace car for the event.
The Chip Miller Amyloidosis Foundation was created to support research into amyloidosis, the disease that took Chip’s life in 2004. Chip’s son Lance Miller, of Carlisle Events, is one of the partners behind MotorCrush.
“My father would’ve loved this event-it personified what he was all about,” says Lance. “Good people, good times, tasty food, and fast cars … just a perfect way to celebrate his life and raise some money and awareness for a great cause. I really appreciate the MotorCrush family helping to create this event.”
